STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WJAC) — Police said four people are facing charges after they said a man overdosed in a car, was moved to a house, moved back to the car and driven to a gas station.
The criminal complaint said Jada Ferguson was traveling with her boyfriend, Michael Vivian, and Chelsea Mehalick to Williamsport to buy heroin.
According to court documents, on the way back on I-80 near Snow Shoe, Michael Vivian became unresponsive in the car and appeared to be dead.

OAKMONT, Pa. (AP) -- A man and two women in a Pittsburgh suburb were charged with criminal homicide in the death of his 3-year-old daughter, who was found badly bruised and malnourished.
Authorities on Wednesday announced charges in the June 9 death of Bella Seachrist, who was found unresponsive and died at a hospital.
"Detectives determined the child suffered prolonged physical and mental abuse," Allegheny County Police said.
Authorities charged her father, 29-year-old Jose Salazar-Ortiz; her stepmother, 27-year-old Laura Ramriez; and Ramriez's sister, 20-year-old Alexis Herrera, with criminal homicide, aggravated assault of a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, conspiracy and child endangerment.
MONROEVILLE, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a 3-year-old girl died in what is believed to have been an accidental shooting in a western Pennsylvania apartment. Allegheny County police said officers in Monroeville were called to the Cambridge Square Apartments shortly after 9 p.m. Friday and found the victim with a single gunshot wound. The Allegheny County medical examiner's office said she died of a head wound and ruled the death a homicide.

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — A city official confirms to 6 News that a major project to revitalize and beautify downtown Johnstown could impact Central Park.
Economic Development Director John Dubnansky said the $24 million downtown project announced in February will target the inclined plane, the train station as well as sidewalks and improvements to Main Street. He said changes to the park could be part of final design.
Dubnansky said a team in New York City will design several options for the city.
LATROBE, Pa (WJAC) — State police say a 9-year-old juvenile was responsible for making a false "active shooter" call on Wednesday at Latrobe Elementary school, according to a press release.
Troopers say a 911 phone call was placed Wednesday afternoon, reporting that several shots had been fired inside the school, resulting in a massive response from several area agencies, including state police and the City of Latrobe police department.
Upon further investigation, police learned that there was no active threat against the school and the identity of the caller was determined to be a 9-year-old juvenile, who made the call intentionally.
BLACKLICK TOWNSHIP -- The first legal distillery in Cambria County is opening its doors next weekend.
There are several distilleries throughout the region, including in Somerset and Indiana counties, but a father-son team is leading the way in Blacklick Township.
